Description

Texas privet is a fast-growing, deciduous shrub native to East Asia but commonly found in Texas and other parts of the United States. It features dark green, glossy leaves and produces small, white flowers in the spring. While often used for hedges and landscaping, it can be invasive, outcompeting native vegetation and altering local ecosystems.
